Patients with non-urgent concerns are seen by appointment between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We make a sincere attempt to adhere to the appointment schedule as closely as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding when emergencies and urgent-care problems result in the delay of a scheduled appointment. When calling for your appointment, indicate to the receptionist the nature of your problem, so that it can be given the proper priority.
When a cancellation is necessary, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that your appointment can be given to another patient.
It is very important that you arrive on time for your appointment. Most appointments require that you arrive 15 minutes early and some appointments (New Patient and Annual Physicals) require that you arrive 30 minutes early.
PLEASE NOTE: Arriving late to your appointment may result in your appointment being rescheduled. It is very important that our patients are seen in a timely manner and for this to happen all patients must arrive on time.
